Mount Shines As Chelsea Beat Liverpool

Thomas Tuchel's side displayed an impressive game against the defending champions at Anfield on Wednesday night's Premier league encounter.
Chelsea who were struggling with their former boss Frank Lampard are now unbeaten in their last ten games since the arrival of the ex PSG coach.
Mason Mount's goal in the 42nd minute was enough to gain all the three points for the blues as they comfortably overcomed all the efforts from Jurgen Klopps side.
Mount who had been called a teachers pet under his previous boss has thrived under the new coach and his currently the clubs top scorer since Tuchel took over.
Chelsea could have won the match with a much bigger margin if only Timo werner would have been clinical with his finishing. 
Despite being harshly denied a goal by VAR in the first half, he will be disappointed for not scoring at least a goal with the various chances he had.
This lack of ruthlessness from the blues side almost cost them in the last minute of the game when Liverpool made a number attempts at the goal. 
Chelsea have their eyes on Borrusia Dortmand star Eerling Haaland whom they believe will reinforce the striking force coming this summer Market.
Mo salah was unable to shine and was substituted rather early with Alex oxlade Chamberlain coming in to replace him after Tony rudiger gave him no room to breath whenever he had the ball at his feet.
This win moved Chelsea up the league table upto the fourth position having played 27 matches and gaining 47 points.
The blues are four points behind Manchester United who are second with 14 points gap between them and the leaders Man City.
Jurgen Klopps men however are now out of the champions league spot and are now placed seventh with 43 points after playing 27 league games.
Chelsea director director Marina Granovoskai set Tuchel the challenge of finishing in the top four and he is delivering so far. 
The blues will host Everton at Stamford Bridge on Monday 8th March while Liverpool will play Fulham at Anfield on Sunday.
