Unlike in England where the premier league was awarded to the champions, Manchester city in advance following the unreachable gap they gave their runners up.Most league had to wait until this last weekend to crown their champion.

However the fight for a champions League spot is very tough as Chelsea, Leicester and Liverpool all wants to finish in the top four

.

Thomas Tuchel men are in third position with 67 points while both Liverpool and Leicester have 66 points however Liverpool are currently placed fourth with a goal difference advantage over Leicester city.

This last kick will surely be interesting with each team looking to finish the league with the best results.

Laliga

In Spain,Atletico Madrid ended their 7 years title drought spell by winning the Laliga in a heated competition on Saturday.Diego Simeon men were two points ahead of Zinedine Zidane side and needed just a win to carry the trophy since 2014.

Real Madrid, who were the defending champions had to win their final match of the season and hope for a slip at the last by Atletico, but their rivals' result meant that their win at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano was irrelevant in the context of the title race.

Ligue 1

It'the final day of the top-flight season in France, with a gripping finale expected to decide who will be crowned champions of Ligue 1.

The top three - Lille, Paris St-Germain and Monaco - are separated by three points.

Leaders Lille are one point ahead of PSG going into Sunday's final round of matches - which all kick off at 20:00 BST - and are one win away from taking the crown for the first time since 2010-11.

Only a win will guarantee Lille are crowned champions, but this fascinating title race could still see the top three all finish on 80 points if Lille lose, PSG draw and Monaco win.G

Goal difference could decide the title. That would favour Mauricio Pochettino's PSG, who have the advantage over their two title rivals.
